Bottle 66 cl. Courtesy of yalnikim. Pours golden with a small fizzy head. Aroma primarily of cardboard and brewing cereal. Medium body, sticky chicken fodder flavour with a hint of metal. No real bitterness. 160208 imdownthepub (15132) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 7, 2005
Bottled, 660 ml, Pasteurised. Orange colour with fizzed head. Light lemony lager beer with a heafty CO2 swack, left me burping for hours. Hard to discern flavours in the gassy mass, but what I found wasn’t too bad. OK. marcus (10571) - Sacramento, California, USA - JAN 6, 2010
Pours amber with a thin off-white head and a subtle toffee aroma. There is a decent caramel malt flavor, with some carbonation and residual bitterness. DJMonarch (9179) - Northwich, Cheshire, ENGLAND - MAR 10, 2006
Golden coloured in appearance. Some hops present. Nothing by way of flavour here. SilkTork (5802) - Southampton, United Kingdom, Hampshire, ENGLAND - JAN 11, 2005
Tesco Biere Speciale. A corn pale lager available in stumpy green bottles. Carbonated. Mushy corn flavours. Not interesting. A cheap lager to wash down food.

25 cl bottle, Sheffield, UK. Pale gold, bread and pepper aroma. Quite carbonated, then settles down. Sweet with an underlying syrupiness, then an almost separate pepper bite on the finish. Not bad for cheap. Mungo (2470) - Southampton, Hampshire, ENGLAND - MAY 19, 2005
Bottle - Tesco Biere Speciale. Once warm quite unpleasant - corn and rough finish. When chilled completely unexceptonal but drinkable. Alphadelic (2249) - Portland, Oregon, USA - NOV 20, 2008
Amber gold with a puffy, white head. Cereals and hay in the aroma. The sweetness and fruitiness of light cherries and toasty notes on the tongue. kook (2033) - Perth, Western Australia, AUSTRALIA - AUG 28, 2005
Bottle (Tescos): Clear orange with a fizzy short head. Not much in the nose apart from some stale malts and a bit of tin. Flavour is much the same, though with a slight citrusy twist. Long metallic aftertaste. Boring and thin.
