Very forward with the pine and citrus hops. Holds the high IBU level well when drinking ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A good all rounder and nice to see it available in many non craft beer bars now. A good go to ipa in otherwise beer deserts. Fruity, malty and well balanced. A mid table reliable tipple

Bottle 330ml (BB 14.02.2018). Delicate hazy, amber colour. White-yellowish, small head. Good lacing. Aroma is fresh with malts and hops note like resin, citrus, maybe not so intense like I expected but very nice. Malts and medium, citrus-resin bitternes are good balanced. Beer is dry, medium body but light with a little bit astringent finish, refreshing, tasty in overall.

With Fixation you need to have a few mouthfuls to really appreciate the flavour but overall this is a good ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at a restaurant. Pours orange. Orange, peach, chalk. That minerality is overpowering for me for the style. Not great.

UPDATED: JUL 20, 2017 On tap at House of Brews Surfers Paradise. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with small white head. Little carbonation. Aroma is mild floral and citrus hops with bread and dough characters. Flavour is powerful and quite fruity, melon, citrus pineapple etc. Taste is reasonably bitter with balanced sweetness. Palate is oily and full. Not much residual bitterness, mostly up front. Overall a well balanced ipa with plenty of character. Good beer.

Tap. Pours hazy light amber with a thin head. Nice clean aroma of malt, honey and resin, maybe a little citrus zest. Mild-medium bitterness, medium sweetness, the hops are fairly subdued here. Light-medium body, soft carbonation, slight bite from the carb and a short, slightly bitter finish.

Tap at the Napier, Melbourne. Poured a hazy medium amber with a bubbly white head. The aroma is light grassy yeast citrus hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light crisp fruity woody floral light pepper spice palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation,

330ml bottle from Porters Liquor, Bexley. Orangey golden colour, white foam head leaving alittle lacing and aroma of dank citrusy hops. Taste is malt caramel, alittle biscuit, with citric grapefuit, woody, pine, resiny hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry dusty bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

macca147 (498) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - APR 11, 2017
UPDATED: NOV 18, 2017 330ml bottle. Pours a hazy straw gold with a lingering white head. Aroma: citrus and pine notes dominate. Mild tropical fruit aromas, including mango and melon. Taste: Citrus, grapefruit, mango and pine flavours. Hops dominate the flavour balance. Lingering bitterness. Moderate carbonation. Quite tasty. All in all, this is quite a good IPA.
