mcberko (19175) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 5, 2016
On tap at Beer Deluxe, pours a cloudy orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out light hop resins and biscuity malt. Flavour is medium aggressive, with resinous hops, a little citrus and bready caramel malt. Standard, but well-executed. Solid.

My understanding is that this is straight up a Stone & Wood brand, not a contract brew. Cloudy tan. Big hop aroma of orangey, pithy, c hop character. Moderate bitterness, orangey flavour notes, with a touch of yeast. Nice, balanced old school ipa.

Tap at the Napier, Melbourne. Poured a hazy medium amber with a bubbly white head. The aroma is light grassy yeast citrus hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light crisp fruity woody floral light pepper spice palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation,

Citrus fruits, zesty lemon, lemon peel, creamy tangerine, soft caramel malts, light pine. Clear gold, small, creamy, white head. Light bitter. More bittersweet citrus fruits, marmalade, orange peel, pine, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Decent. Bottle from Great Ocean Road Brewhouse, Apollo Bay.

On tap at Tippler’s Tap 160416. One of the better IPA’s that I have had in a while. Deep amber colour with a sticky white head. Resinous in the mouth with lots of hops flavours going off. Full flavoured, smooth and very solid beer.

hawthorne00 (4144) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - APR 5, 2016
UPDATED: AUG 18, 2017 Tap. Rosy amber with a dense off white head. Delicate and mainly floral aroma with mandarins, grapefruit, lemon, some tropical fruit. Light bodied. Light bread some toast, peach mandarin, some lychee, a melange of citrus fruit By no means a hop bomb. Dries out gently with floaty modestly bitter finish. Subtle and really good, although I wondered whether they were going for something punchier. [3.7]

Does seem more assertive in the bottle (when fresh - definitely watch the date on this one) but nothing is excessive. This is very solid.

330 ml bottle thanks to Aristotelis! Clear golden color with white head. Light hoppy and malty aroma, caramel, bread, citrus, orange, pine. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Davros (3309) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - AUG 10, 2016
Pours amber with a quickly fading head.
Nose shows grassy and piny hops, some soft caramel. Subtle.
Flavours include heavy pine and spicy hops, with soft grainy malt and apple in the background.

danlo (3287) - Darlington, Durham, ENGLAND - APR 15, 2017
330ml bottle from Porters Liquor, Bexley. Orangey golden colour, white foam head leaving alittle lacing and aroma of dank citrusy hops. Taste is malt caramel, alittle biscuit, with citric grapefuit, woody, pine, resiny hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry dusty bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
