English: Black Wheels - Fjord Brewery has brewed here a strong beer is black as the night sky, but which are so round and sweet in flavor, to taste buds sing when it passes. With the properties demanded the closest to being called Black Wheels, because although it can be enjoyed throughout the year, so it is obviously very good at a Christmas party. Black Wheels is unpasteurized, unfiltered and after fermentation in the bottle. Therefore, precipitates occur, and the beer should be poured carefully to avoid precipitate in the glass.

POLK (2219) - Hørning, DENMARK - JAN 21, 2012
Violent carbonated stout without much flavor, slightly crisp roasted malt aroma. (Very ugly ettikkette)

Koelschtrinker (20403) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 25, 2011
Nett! 11/11/11/11/8/11

Bottle at Tom’s Tasting, April 2009. Thanks to fonefan for this one. Dark with a nice insistent, but not overdone, carbonation. Although maybe a little fizzy on the tongue. Mix of treacle toffee and liquorice in the aroma. Some bitter notes. Quite tasty. Seems I enjoyed it more than others have.

MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 3, 2009
A Mes rate: bottle at The Cadster’s Spotify tasting.
Muddy chestnut with a thin beige head. Sweet burnt sugar notes, a little coffee, lots of caramel and something a little tarty that I can’t quite put my finger on. A little uninteresting but nothing wrong with it.

cgarvieuk (24515) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAY 13, 2009

Bottle thanks to chriso had at the cads first london tasting: Roasty yet fruity, dry finish, relitivly drinkable stuff.

harrisoni (18578) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - APR 27, 2009
Bottle at the Spotify tasting. Black, big beige head. Bit of plastic on aroma, some choc and roasted malt. Not great, too much plastic, which does eventually soften.

fonefan (49369) - VestJylland, DENMARK - FEB 19, 2009
Bottle 50cl. @ home.
Clear medium brown color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark bread, roasted, damp-stained. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081124]

Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 5, 2009
Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear, reddish brown with a rough, off-white head. Aroma of dried fruits and a little yeast. Medium body with hard roasted malts and a little vanilla. Has a light malt bitterness in the finish. 291208

madsberg (11770) - Søborg, DENMARK - JAN 8, 2009
Bottled. Light brownish red coloured. Unclear. Fluffy light brown head. Sweetness and fruits in the aroma. Has some sour notes. (infected?). Sourish, cocoa, light spice and chocolate in the flavour. Thin and watery body. Light bitter end with a grapy touch.
