from lokal shop in Romsay. Thank's Karol. Mala piana, barwa ciemna lecz przeswitujaca, o aromacie coli, moze bardziej cherry coke, nieco ciastek korzennych i zbyt mocne nagazowanie. Ogolnie malo gozkie, malo wyraziste takie pepsicolowate. Odradzam

UPDATED: JAN 25, 2017 Pours a dark reddish brown colour with a small frothy light tsn head. Bready caramel, soft ripe fruit, and hop aroma. Malty taste, roasted nut, ripe fruit flavours and a mild ash bitterness in the finish.

Cask at The Green Dragon, Leek (JDW) A deep brown colour with a frothy tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, a hint of hazelnut, a little smoke and subtle dark fruit. Taste of roasted malts, coffee, slight dark fruit, a little smoke and subtle hazelnut. Medium bodied and soft carbonation. A dry, roasted bitterness in the finish. A dry, roasty porter with hints of hazelnut and smoke. Subtle fruit too for a bit of balance. Decent.

Cask handpull at Hamilton Hall London as ’Flack Manor Black Jack’, 4.6%. Dark brown with a red hue, still with a foamy brown head, full lacing. Aroma is iced coffee, frappuccino, wholemeal bread. Body is rounded, soft carbonation. Taste is light chocolate and twig, some coffee notes, light milk chocolate on a wafer biscuit, some ashy notes. Very drinkable. Tasty in a restrained way. At times it threatens to get watery but that ashy finish lifts it. A very good porter. Excellent for style.
