On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong spice and pumpkin. Thin body, cinnamon, nutmeg, light finish, ok. Drake (13647) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 17, 2012
12 ounce bottle courtesy of queenholly. I was in Indianapolis last year and didn’t get a chance to get by Flat 12, so I’m glad to try this. Pours a slightly hazy copper color with a huge foamy off-white head. It seemed like it was on the verge of being a gusher. Nice aroma, sweet and toasted pumpkin notes with pumpkin spice, pumpkin seed and a faint touch of bitterness. The taste is big pumpkin spice, some toasted notes and a spicy finish. Medium bodied, lingering spice and very high carbonation. Overcarbonated, but still nice. shrubber85 (11324) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - OCT 24, 2012
Bottle. Nutmeg, cinnamon and pumpkin aroma. Golden yellow with giant head. Mildly sweet nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin malt and mildly bitter herbal hops flavor. Tasty. daknole (11044) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - OCT 22, 2012
Lightly cloudy gold pour, white head. Pumpkin and spice up front. Flavor is pumpkin pie, crust, very light hops, spice. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 26, 2013
12oz bottle, shared by caterwaul. Clear yellow orange color. Thin white head. Good splotches of lace. Some definite tea-like aromas in the nose, along with some of the expected pumpkin spice aromas. Pretty big and interesting nose. Lighter body. Smooth, crisp, lightly creamy carbonation. Lightly dry finish. Smooth, easy-drinking. Very nice, unique combination of spices, very tasty. Not so pumpkiny, but the spices here used are very tasty. Moderate sweet, light bitter taste. Very solid, tasty, interesting unique spice beer.

Pour on tap at the brewery, on nitro, slightly hazy yellow with white head, aroma brought notes of pumpkin, biscuit, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Taste is huge spice, lots of cinnamon and nutmeg, clove, some slight hints of yeast, pumpkin, but dominated by spice. b3shine (8795) - Indiana, USA - OCT 1, 2013
Draft to pint. Looks solid; a completely transparent gold with foamy off-white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells odd; a strange mix of hops, pumpkin, and spices. Tastes like it smells with a pale malt backbone. Average on the palate. Not my thing. JaBier (7841) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - NOV 6, 2012
Bullet brought back by a friend. Pours clear gold with a medium white head. Huge spice aroma consisting of cinnamon, ginger and clove along with malt. Ginger and cinnamon flavor with some malt before a spicy finish. TheAlum (7164) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - OCT 26, 2013
Draft on tap at the brewery (Indianapolis, IN). Pours a nice golden amber hue, subtle haze, decent carbonation with a brighter whitish head atop. Filmy layer dies to a decent ringer, mellow lacing and some gentle dulled golden amber glow. Aromas show pumpkin, canned and fresh, a gentle carmelized sugar feel meeting firm nutmeg and ginger. Some mellow cinnamon, gentle sweetness. Not necessarily richer pumpkin pie sweet, but it has some life. Firmer pumpkin and spice elements. Initial is lighter end of medium bodied showing some carmelized malt, firmer clove and pie spice elements. Bigger ginger and nutmeg, touches of bread, firm pumpkin. Not necessarily toasty, caramel, or sweet. Lacking that inviting creaminess. More approachable girth, but a big spice element dominates. Middle is spicy, clove and cinnamon come on strong. Cinnamon takes the reigns, a bit bready with some pumpkin, nutmeg and spice. Backend is dry, spicy, with some gentle pumkin, tapering out spice. I found this one a bit different. Not sweet and a bit clunky, but firmly spiced, cinnamon and pie spices really dig in up front and into the middle. Solid. Different. AirForceHops (7139) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - NOV 14, 2013
12 oz. bottle part of my Fall trade with queenholly. Clear yellow pour with lasting fizzy white bottles, well carbonated. Nose is ginger, roasted pumpkin seeds and some odd spice that isn’t the normal. Flavor is ginger, pale malt and lightly bitter floral hop flavor. Secondary flavor of dried leaves. Hard to find the pumpkin in this bottle. Light body with a spritzy carbonation. It’s more like an spiced Golden ale or maybe a spiced lager. Really not what I was expecting but not in a bad way. Different take on the fall seasonal.
