Poured from growler into new Summit Pint.
Bright orange-amber with moderate head at first but dies down quickly with very little lacing.
Aroma of mainly fruit and toasted malts. Some slight Belgian funk.
Very malty backbone of biscuit, toast and fruit. Slight banana and clove undertones, but not too much. Fairly light on the Belgian spectrum, but quite delicious nonetheless.
Lower carbonation than expected for a Belgian beer, medium body, slightly dry finish.
Great everyday beer. Nice to have a Belgian flagship for once.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of coriander, sweet malty, and caramel. The flavor is sweet and very spicy - especially coriander combined with some malt and caramel, leading to a dry spicy finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing. Bottled. Dark golden coloured. Unclear. Light beige dense head. Earth and woody nose. Sweetness and fruits with a touch of sourness and yeast. Flavour is sweet with a light herbal sourness. Some fruits notable. Medium bodied. Ends on a light sour fruitnote. Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 13, 2009
Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of Skyview. Pours an almost clear golden with a dense white head leaving laces. Aroma of tart fruit with a whiff of Brett. Light body, dry fruitiness and again discreet but pleasant Brett accents. Heavy carbonation. Dry and lightly sulphurous finish. Pleasant alright. 130909 yespr (48968) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - SEP 13, 2009
22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy dark orange with a slowly collapsing off-white head. Aroma is peppery and dry brett. Light milky and wooden note. Dry brett and mild malty flavoured, light spiced peppery. Light yeasty autolysis note. Ends dry and wooden brettish. OD40oz (774) - Box Elder, South Dakota, USA - SEP 12, 2009
Every flat earth brew I’ve had up to this point have been a major dissapointment. This one easily is the best i’ve had. Cloudy copper with a fizzy white head. A slight grassy ale nose with some hops to the flavor. Nothing special by any means.

Refreshing. Slightly malty. Slightly fruity IPA. Picked up in MN and forgot to drink it for a month or two. Decent all around.
