gopherfan99 (2001) - Minnesota, USA - JUN 29, 2017Tap; pours black with an off white head; s’mores aroma with some roasted malt as well; taste is bittersweet with s’mores as the dominate flavor; semi-dry finish with a hint of roasted malt; I like this beer the best of the ones I tried during my visit

burgy (456) - Minnetonka, Minnesota, USA - JAN 27, 2013Had this at the 2013 Beer Dabbler in Saint Paul. This was a nice surprise from Flat Earth at the Dabbler. Solid in flavor and texture. Overall a great beer profile.
deyholla (12944) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 19, 2012On tap at SPSBF. Pours clear dark brown with a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of graham cracker with a nice chocolate note and hints of marshmallow and roasted malts. Flavor get more of a dark chocolate note with some roasted malts and an underlying graham cracker and a hint of marshmallow sweetness. Really reminds me of s’mores.
LilBeerDoctor (4369) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 7, 2012Growler. Pours black with a thin light tan head. Aroma of lots of chocolate, some peanut butter, lots of graham cracker, and perhaps a hint of marshmallow if you’re searching for it. Flavor is very rich in chocolate, lots of sweet malty notes, sweet sugary marshmallow (the sweetness is a bit odd at first and almost seems artificial, until you realize it’s the marshmallow), and a hint of smores in the finish. Could be more intense smores-wise (especially the graham cracker notes, which are missing from the flavor), but overall it was pretty good.

JK (6422) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - APR 17, 2011Firkin Fest 2011. Almost like a mild, but this has the great palate that I expect from Flat Earth porters. Roasted grain in the flavor and aroma and no significant hops. Light chocolate. Very smooth palate. Black beer, low carbonation.
