Flat Tail brewery, Draft: This is my favorite Flat Tail beer. Good color, strong hop aroma. Crisp. Very drinkable and safe...especially coming from Flat Tail which brews a LOT of different style of beers. You never know what you are going to get.
22 oz bomber. Pours dark gold. Not great aroma, but very nice citrus hop
Flavor. Not much malt, lots of pepper. Very nice fresh brew. Recommended

Tap at brewery.
A: Semi clear gold with a whisp of white head.
N: Gigantic pine mixed with grapefruit. Peppercorn, and biscuit base. Hints of earth and damp leaves. Rounded out by citrus.
T: Hefty bitterness, very little sweetness.
M: Dry medium body. Bite of alcohol. Fuzzy carbonation.
O: Potent concoction and one which is both desiccating and unrestrained. I like a bit less pine bite in my IPA, but this hits the style well. Danyel (1606) - Colorado, USA - NOV 9, 2014
Tap at Flat Tail. Pours clear orange with white head. Aroma is strong of resinous hops, very piney,, grapefruit. Taste is bitter, good malt backbone that cuts through the hops. Overall, nice.

4 hops, 2 malts. It’s a tried and true recipe often found here in the Pacific Northwest. They name some of the hops after salmon breeds. pdx77 (1483) - Oregon, USA - AUG 23, 2014
On draught at Flat Tail. Clear golden color. Aroma is pine forest and light malt. Taste is pine, very tart citrus, spice, and a hint of malt. A little too bitter for my tastes but enjoy the pine. krumbum (1109) - truckee, California, USA - MAY 21, 2014
Murky gold with a quickly dissipating head. Big piny hop smell. Bitter front but mellows out real smooth. Light floral leftover taste is nice. marcus (10473) - Sacramento, California, USA - APR 3, 2014
Bottle from bhensonb. Pours light amber with a rich white head and a citrus aroma. There is a medium-bodied pale malt flavor with a bitter hoppy finish.
