A good combination, the saison and pumpkin that is. Pours a deep amber, foamy head thats a little sweet, carries a good pumpkin flavor thats well balanced with the saison.
Bomber. Bright golden, tight even white head. Bubblegummy, light hay, soft spice that is lightly pumpkin-esque. Tight snappy carb, light body. Finishes crisp and pretty dry. Decent enough, just not really much pumpkin here if that is what you’re looking for. riversideAK (6265) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - MAR 29, 2013

Bottle: Dirty straw, large frothy white head, spotty lacing. Faint floral aroma, slightly barnish, seems bright. Remains with the faint floral aspects on the tongue, and a bit musty/barnish. Not sure about any Pumpkin, perhaps faint allspice, but as a Saison its fairly enjoyable. Body and mouthfeel are moderate, feels a bit spritzy as I would have expected. Finishes a touch wheaty, faint mealiness, with maybe a bit of lavendar on the exit. I enjoyed this more than I thought I would, despite not really getting any pumpkin or pumpkin like spices on the tongue. Nikiel (879) - Portland, Oregon, USA - NOV 18, 2012
Bottle with Adrienne, Cole, Carla and Willi. Pours lightly hazy orange with minimal foam. Smells of wheat and herbs with a hint of sweetness. Tastes lightly sweet with hints of pumpkin, wheat, and general farmhouse saison yeast.
