Heeft wel een ander aroma dan de klassieke Duitse Weizen bieren, iets meer hop en minder gist en specerijen, neigt meer naar een pilsener. Dit gaat ook op voor het smaakpallet, met notities van banaan, kruidnagel en grassige en florale hoptonen. Stevige carbonatie en licht waterige body. Niet complex wel verfrissend deze meest Noordelijke Weizen uit Duitsland. Niet heel speciaal wel verfrissend door de hopbitterheid in de smaak.
