Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of citrus and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, malt, and spices, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

kraddel (9336) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - APR 5, 2016
Bottle, BBE05 . Pours dark brown, crealy white head. Smell is spiced, bit sweet, somewhat metallic. Taste is sharp, very spiced, dry, harsh, sweet, not much clear signs of age, just overkill spiced, to a point it’s undrinkable. better fresh? Perhaps, but I expect tastes of spices to go down over time, so my fear would be big when drinking this fresh !

teddybeer (4267) - Madrid, SPAIN - JUN 26, 2015
Cloudy brown color with a light beige head with good retention. Aroma has notes of toasted malts, ginger and spices. Flavor is bittery with yeasty notes. Dry mouthfeel with medium bitterness in the final.

harrisoni (19553) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - DEC 21, 2014
Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Hazy amber beer, thin white head. Spumed upon opening. Over carbonated. Fruity malty slight puke malt flavour. Some red fruits. Not much, Sweet and dry. OK but very simple .

Beerhunter111 (23281) - Beerland, GERMANY - MAY 19, 2014
Dunkelbraunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch fruchtig, Karamell, Kräuter, muffig. Geschmack röstmalzig, muffig, Nüsse, dunkle reife Früchte.

erickok (6036) - Leuven, BELGIUM - MAR 22, 2014
Brioche, caramel malts, lightly hopped, fairly sweet like red apple. Watery body but only because the carbonation is so low. Sweet malts, almost like fresh wort. Light bitter ending. Murky yeast presence. Nice. (33cl bottle La Cave à Bulles)

Tomy63 (202) - Clermont-Ferrand, FRANCE - DEC 21, 2013
couleur ambrée, très trouble, nez un peu fermier, un peu de gentiane, bouche citronnée, acidulée, aigre-douce mais pas de sucre, assez douce. Finale très courte et aqueuse malheureusement..

joergen (29624) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 11, 2013
Bottle in a hotel room in Paris. Hazy orange-red coloured with a small white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel and bread. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel and bread with notes of yeast, licorice and hops. Yeasty finish.

CharlieNoodles (80) - Toulouse, FRANCE - DEC 30, 2012
pretty interesting beer, middle-red color, a bit cloudy if not well served (i tried about 5 of the 6 pack i bough from the beer-passion-week-end at Antwerp). the palate is pretty interesting as the hop came first and are replaced slowly by the gentiane that follow a long time ago. Really well balanced between all the aromas and fermentation esters, it’s a really nice beer.

sebletitje (10477) - Enghien, BELGIUM - DEC 7, 2012
33cl bottle, BB 08/2014.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is adark brown. Aroma and taste are nuts, caramel, malt, fruits and hops.
