Very pale. Pungent sulfury hop aroma. Savoy cabbage taste, some pale grains too., too much DMS. Watery flattish palate. Not on form.

Cask, gravity dispensed, at the Spring Festival at the Rose & Crown, Sandhurst. A hazy amber pour with a ring of white head; grainy aroma; sweet citrus taste; and a biscuity finish. Not very exciting.

Fra cask p Hand and Heart, Nottingham 26 Jan 14. Gylden. Litt uklar. Lavt filmskum. Ikke mye aroma. Hint av stikkelsbr. Smaken er br & trket frukt. Avslutter trt. Litt anonym. Puben var veldig bra med mye lokalt og hadde en populr restaurant. God local feeling.

Bottle from Co-Op in Oakham, Rutland. Poured a hazy golden colour with a thick off white head. Light grassy aroma and slight plastic notes. Flavours of lemon zest and grain. Finished with an unbalanced resiny bitterness.

DruncanVeasey (8225) - NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - FEB 19, 2013
Bottle from new Burbage Co-op: drinking it right now. Misted gold with a low white head. Rustic, fruity aroma suggesting Fruit Salad chews, farmyard and overripe strawberry. Deep nut husky bitterness overlaid with fruit salad and yeasty apple peel notes that are not obviously US or citrus-accented. Aftertaste of slightly smoked, pungent nuttiness. More hairs-on-chest bitter bitter than golden ale but pretty decent.

foxo82 (884) - Bromsgrove (via Leicester), Worcestershire, ENGLAND - DEC 26, 2012
Bottle. Cloudy orange headless ale with gentle carbonation. Grapefruit and ginger beer aroma. Bitter, dry and very hoppy grapefruit taste but well balanced with some citric sweetness. This is excellent.

Bottle. Cloudy golden beer with a strong bubbly head. The aroma is roasted and sour, and the flavour is sour and bitter with yeasty elements. Overall a pretty disappointing beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
