Bottle. Pours a pink liquid with turns into a more cran-grape mixture with a thing pink head. Sweet grape and raspberry juice with a sugar aroma and a light spice. A dull tart juice like sweetness with a hint of pit and skin. Not good but better than the apple. trayns (246) - Beverly Hills, Michigan, USA - APR 30, 2009
On Tap at Delirium in Brussels. As far as fruit beers go, this one is the best that I have sampled. The sweetness is not as overwhelming as others, and the raspberry is not a bad flavor. PorterPounder (8171) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - APR 24, 2009
Tallahassee, Fl. - New Leaf Market - 330 ml bottle. Pours a murky dark orange with a tight white head. Aroma of fresh raspberries and fresh potting soil - much more earthy than expected. Flavor full of raspberries - somewhat natural tasting. Not too sour - but does not label itself as a lambic - so did not expect too much sourness. Mouthfeel is thick enough. Better than expected. Bottle. Overpowering raspberry aroma. Cloudy red body, pink head. Flavor is WAY beyond cloying. It’s like raspberry soda to which a whole bag of sugar has been added. Disgusting. IlanMan (1015) - Appleton, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 18, 2009
Pour was deep ruby with a small head. Aroma was strong and sweet with raspberries and citrus. Flavor was well blended but had just a mild artificial character to it. The blend was good and the tartness of the raspberries was there but not too strong. Good brew.

Cafe, Stockholm. Murky red colour, small white head. Aroma is raspberry and mild wooden notes. Flavour is raspberry, wood and some tragically strong sweetness.
33cl, from De Hopduvel Gent, not complex sweet fruit brew, not balanced, cloudy, small head, nothing special, too sweet jgb9348 (6392) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - JAN 21, 2009
Super hazy rosy crimsoin coloured body with a thin pink head. Aroma of pure raspberries, caster sugar, lemons, malt and a nice mouthwatering tartness. Medium-bodied; Super sweet-fruity flavour that bodes well. Nice tart finish and some malty notes that end the beer. Aftertaste sweet for a long time! Overall, a great sweet beer that would be an excellent pair with a chocolate dessert. Thanks Jon! I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased from Chevy Chase Wine & Liquors in Washington, D.C. on 02-July-2005 at Jon(R888710)’s. MBison (548) - Southern Highlands, AUSTRALIA - JAN 13, 2009
Bottle (330ml) 3.6%. Poured extremely dark violet with an averaged sized frothy, light pink head which was mostly lasting. Aroma was of wild berry jam with sour blackcurrant sweets and port wine jelly. Flavor was of tart raspberries with a good level of acidity, sour strawberry yogurt, cassis and a very refreshing finish. Light to medium bodied with lively carbonation, a tart mouthfeel and a good finish. Much more drinkable than most fruit beers that I have tried, not overly sweet like some. 11.2 ounce bottle from Market Street Wine Shop Uptown Charlottesville, VA. Pours a slightly hazy strawberry red color with a medium head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma is raspberry and apple... very strong. Taste is very sweet raspberries with not much else going on. Medium bodied.
