At Waterhuis aan de Bierkant, Ghent. Pours clear pale, urine-like yellow with a thin, white head. The aroma contains passionfruit, sugar and grenadine. It tastes heavy sugary sweet and only light fruity sour. Light body, sticky texture, soft carbonation. No. Just no.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (29A / 10A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L18 16042 (BBF 02-18). AROMA: predominant and medium-high passion fruit aroma with a very faint sweet malty background. APPEARANCE: golden color and clear. medium-low white head with medium-low retention. TASTE: predominant passionfruit flavor with a slightly sweet neutral malt background. low bitterness with a dry and slight tart finish. PALATE: medium-low to low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: a fruit beer where the base beer is almost muted.

Bottle from the Sir William Peel, Sandy. Light golden and clear. No head but there’s a bit of visible carbonation. Smell = yuck. Passion fruit juice (which is fairly sour stuff) does not mix with this beer. Smells like psychedelic baby sick. Taste is better but not great: the sourness jars with the bittersweetness of the base beer. Having said this, the aftertaste is surprisingly pleasant. It seems to find its balance with light sour passion fruit notes. So, not a complete failure but not good.

Bottle at Beeedock Leek. Pours a clear golden colour with a thin white gead. Aroma of passionfruit and some lemon. Taste of passionfruit, some lemon, slight tartness, a little apple and subtle sugar. Light bodied and a slick texture. A sweet, slightly tart, passionfruit finish. Just tastes like sweet passionfruit juice with some tart and sharp lemon. Ok.

33cl bottle. Apperance; Pours a pale gold with a offwhite head, which quickly dissapears.. Aroma of passion fruit,Taste: pasion fruit and whear, Light sweetness, moderate sourness Light body, sticky texture, high carbonation. Berr goes alco pop , but let’s be fair this one does do it right if the idea is to make it a good alco-pop then they fully deliverd. I like passion fruit and I like it’s not sour tones, and it’s arroma is quite good allthough quite straightforward. Simpley said not the worst of the Floris range. Not for beer enthousiasts, but for people for people or for folks who are looking for a good alco pop this will work.

From a bottle. Way better than I’d expected, the aroma is of sweet passion fruit with a decent pucker on the end.

Very strong passion fruit aroma. Taste is not quite so intense but still very much tastes of passion fruit with a slight aftertaste.

F: thin, white, quick gone. C: deep gold, clear. A: malt, passion fruit, hint of lemon. T: passion fruit, lemon, apple, a bit sour finish, medium body, lower carbonation, hint of tarty, may be too sweet but interesting for me, 33cl bottle from Prik&Tik /Quali-drinks/ in Brussels.

Bottle from Beers of Europe, Kings Lynn. Pours a pale gold with a pink tint. Aroma of passion fruit, and citrus. Light sweetness, moderate sour. Light body, sticky texture, high carbonation. Finish is slightly sour with an underlying sweetness. My Mrs likes these beers. I’m not a fan but this one was ok.
