Draft. Cloudy color. Apple aromas, with a sweet flavor. Alcohol is hard to taste, and it’s very sweet. I like this one.

Hazy sraw body with minimal white head. Aroma is lots of sweet apple. Flavour is very apple, quite sweet and artificial tasting. Hint of wheat but otherwise just apple sweetness.

The apple is quite powerful in the nose. Very sweet, and a bit syrupy in body. The apple is very, very sweet, and just a little sour. Like green apple candy. Taste lingers around for a long time. Though distinct enough, the taste isn’t very powerful. It’s sweet and it lasts, but it’s just not as "full-on" as I’d like it.

Light golden with a thin but creamy white head that leaves sticky bits of lace. Huge green apple Jolly Rancher aroma which (if you like that kind of thing) is pretty awesome. Syrupy & smooth with a honeyish consistency. Sweet & tart apple flavors are intense and retain a candied quality, while the aftermath results in noticable acidity with a touch of astringence. In all, think: "Mead & Cider Hybrid".

Named Floris Apple on my bottle and has an Alc. on 3,6?. Yellow brew, a bit unclear. Aroma and flavor has a clear apple. A bit astringent finish.

Bottle. ABV 3.6. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Powerfull apple aroma. Slightly hoppy. OK flavor but very sweet. Nice palate.

Looks like the wit it’s built on, hazy pale straw with a thick fizzy head. The aroma is a yeasty, sweet/sour apple concoction - okay. I preferred the taste, the combination of wheat, yeast, and apple blending into a apple dumpling flavor. A bit sweet, perhaps, but good for the Summer.

Sour apple nose is very prominent. Pours with a hazy cider-like quality with a rich wheaty head. Flavor of tart and sour apple cider with a somewhat cloying sweetness in the aftertaste. Some wheatiness in texture...smooth and chewy. Decent enough, but only in very small doses.

Aroma is like sour apple candy, very sweet, with a sourness. Pours a hazy yellow, almost white. The flavor is a lot more subtle than expected, very mild tasting. A subtle sour apple candy flavor. It would be a nice dessert beer.

Cloudy, really light yellow color With a moderate height, bright white head. The more I sniff the more sickeningly sweet the aroma becomes. Sour apple, bubblegum seems to come to mind, none of which has ever been appealing to me. Some hints of stale cinnamon and spices also seem to be in play. Sour cream apple pie is the first thing I think of after the first sip. Yogurt, apples and some light spices all seem to come into play. Are they playing nice? I guess so. They don’t seem to fight each other or be too cloying. Yet, it does seem to get to be too much the after each and every sip. Seems like this might be good over pancakes or as an ice cream float. Actually this would likely be really good to cook pork with. One should know that once talking about the only redeeming quality, it that it could be used in cooking there is a problem.
