COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
7 different hop varieties were used in this brew, it screams out loud "American Hops!" on the nose due to intense dry hopping, citrus and tropical fruits followed by a bitter and very dry finish.

Light, sweet citrus fruits, light pine and resin. Hazy, pale gold, small, creamy, white head. Light bitter. Sweet malts, grain and bread malts, soft carbonation, light bitterness coming up. Very nice IPA, well-balanced. Keg at brewery, Flossmoor, IL.

Orange pour with white head. Citrus, grapefruit, apricot flavors. Pretty bitter finish but good. Had this on tap as part of a flight at their brewpub in Tinley Park.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with smooth floral hops, light doughy character, nice British style. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy resinous hops, light grapefruit, light doughy character, treacle, nice. On tap at brewery.

Des pêches et des oranges empêtrées dans le diacétyl. Le corps est rondelet et la texture soyeuse, longue amertume.

Tap at brewery. Deep golden with small head. After three mediocre samples, we have a winner. This is excellent. Mild body. Huge grapefruit and citrus. Light bitterness.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy orange brown with a thick white head. Aroma of citrus, grassy hops, garlicky hops. Flavor of grassy hops, garlicky hops, earthy hops, sweaty hops, with hop oils in the finish. Very hoppy and delicious. 7/4/8/4/15 (3.8/5)

Draft - Pine and vegative hops. Cloudy orange gold with a thin white head. Lots of pine and resin with a balanced bitterness with caramel. Basic, but well done.

Meh. Not that great. Standard appearance. Light nose. Overly malty and hopping to mild for an ipa. Ok taste but just not much of an ipa in my book. Also served warm at a temperature i would expect a stout.

[Tap] Light orange colored pour with a small cap of head. Nose is of resinous hops and citrus rinds. Caramel malts, piney hops, dry grass, lemon notes and some floral hints in the flavor. Dry and bitter finish. One of the better beers I tried in the sampler.
