It poured a cloudy straw body with a respectable head and made lots of lacework. It had a bready, yeasty aroma with some indistinct spices. The flavor was somewhat muddled, doughy, a bit dirty, sone dull spices. Drinkable, but I’m not sure what this beer was about. Travlr (24307) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JAN 13, 2012
Not a style that you see very often, unless you’re a brewr monk. Draft at the source. Cloudy golden brown color, large thick off white head, solid lacing. Aroma of brown bread dough and light spice, maybe cinnamon. Taste has citrus, rye bread, light spice. Mouthfeel is OK for a 5% beer. Not bad at all.
