Wheat and other grain malts, light bitter. Slightly hazy gold, medium, creamy, white head. Light bitter. Intense grain and cereal malts, soft carbonation. Decent Wheat Ale, well-balanced. Keg at brewery, Flossmore, IL.

[Tap] Light orange in color with a light haze to it. Citrus and floral hop aroma. Not much wheat in the nose. Flavors of bready malts, citrus, grass and hops. Dry. Moderately bitter, but seems like the hop flavors were a little harsh in this beer.

Tap. Pours lightly hazy golden, small white creamy head, great lacing. Aroma is wheat, cardboard. Flavor is the same, light sweet, medium bitter, harsh bitter finish that is totally out of place for this beer. Light body. Meh 5, 6, 5, 3, 10

A light wheat beer. Pretty average with your typical aroma and flavor profile. Orange, citrus, lemon, wheat.

Sampled at the brewpub and took a bottle home. It poured a cloudy yellow color with a white head. The aroma was yeasty with hints of spices and a little banana. The taste was lots of banana and spices, but a little too watery to be great. On draft was better than the bottled version.

wlajwl (7075) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - JUL 22, 2013
Aroma is yeast, light bubble gum, citrus and a hint of wheat malt. The flavor is citrus, an undercurrent of berries, malts, wheat notes and a mix of tart and mild bitterness in the finish.

3.5
Finhead (1816) - OFallon, Illinois, USA - APR 12, 2013
A cloudy, yellow-orange pour with a frothy white head. The aroma has earthy wheat with a mild orange zest. It has a light, crisp texture with a sweet taste and lively carbonation.
