Bomber courtesy of d0b. Thanks again man!
Pouts a hazy, dark golden orange/copper color with a one finger frothy, off-white head that slowly settles into a lastig ring. Sporadic chunks of soapy lacing left behind.
Sweet, slightly earthy aroma with lots of citrus and tropical fruit hop notes countered by a floral, piney presence and subtle malt backbone. Hints of orange peel, grapefruit and pineapple along with some pine needle, caramel and biscuit.
The mouthfeel is pretty chewy and much fuller than expected with a nice balance of dry, bitter hops and sweet citrus notes. Earthy with some pine needle and bud followed by some pineapple, orange peel and grapefruit. Malt backbone is a little stronger than I prefer with hints of caramel, toffee, nut and biscuit. Decently balanced with a slight creamy texture that enhances the mouthfeel but just a touch too malty for my preference. hombrepalo (1971) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 26, 2011
Bomber. A fairly muddy orange pour. The nose is a bit tropical and slightly sweet. Lots of bright citrus character and bright tropical hoppiness. It has a papaya taste to it, pretty fresh tasting, one of the better IPA’s from flossmoor I’ve had

Bottle. Pours a clear orange gold with a medium white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma has notes of grapefruit, citrus with a bit of underlying pine. Flavor has more of a pine note that balances nicely with the grapefruit and citrus. adrian910ss (2572) - Doylestown, PA, USA - NOV 4, 2009
22 oz bomber courtesy of Todd. Pours a deep orange caramel with a medium sized creamy beige head. Aroma of floral notes, light pine and citrus hops. Taste of floral notes, light pine, caramel and citrus. Another nice IPA from Flossmoor. mreusch (851) - Olathe, Kansas, USA - SEP 27, 2009
22oz. bomber, red wax, with another thanks to FlssmrBrewAlum for the hookup! Pours a clear dark golden with a moderate white head. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, floral, and light pine and caramel. Flavor is more citrus and grapefruit bitterness with a little floral and some caramel malt sweetness. The trend continues with another solid, very drinkable IPA, thanks again Adam!

Orange pour with nice white head on top. Sweet, hoppy aroma. Flavor is kind of sweet, sticky hops, some caramel malt and honey. Finish is grainy and bitter. Pretty good IPA. HOPSHUNTER (742) - Tampa, Florida, USA - SEP 6, 2009

Flavor is resiny with lots of caramel, citrus, and grass. Sweet and bitter with some metallic tones. Finishes sweet with long lasting bitterness.

UPDATED: SEP 7, 2009 This red waxed bomber is a big thanks to fishingnet! Pours deep copper with gold edges and white head. The aroma is nice with chewy sticky malts, a bit of caramel, citrus tangelo hops and some pine. The taste has some nice grapefruit and tangelo hop qualities with solid notes of sweet malts and caramel goodness. It gets a bit more bitter to midway but only mildly for the style. It ends with orange peel and grapefruit hop flavor along with smooth sweet malts. This is nearly a malt forward IPA. Rusty (1547) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - SEP 4, 2009
