Bottle thanks to FlssmrBrewAlum. Pours a cloudy light brown with a small white head. Aroma of sweet mango and tropical fruits, bitter orange rind, and grapefruit. Flavor is super fruity with lots of tropical fruits (mango again), citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, and a resiny, piney hops finish. Delish! Another awesome IPA from Flossmoor.

22 oz bomber courtesy of Todd. Pours a deep orange caramel with a medium sized creamy beige head. Aroma of floral notes, light pine and citrus hops. Taste of floral notes, light pine, caramel and citrus. Another nice IPA from Flossmoor. hombrepalo (1971) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 26, 2011
Bomber. A fairly muddy orange pour. The nose is a bit tropical and slightly sweet. Lots of bright citrus character and bright tropical hoppiness. It has a papaya taste to it, pretty fresh tasting, one of the better IPA’s from flossmoor I’ve had

UPDATED: SEP 7, 2009 This red waxed bomber is a big thanks to fishingnet! Pours deep copper with gold edges and white head. The aroma is nice with chewy sticky malts, a bit of caramel, citrus tangelo hops and some pine. The taste has some nice grapefruit and tangelo hop qualities with solid notes of sweet malts and caramel goodness. It gets a bit more bitter to midway but only mildly for the style. It ends with orange peel and grapefruit hop flavor along with smooth sweet malts. This is nearly a malt forward IPA. ilovedarkbeer (2741) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - MAY 25, 2009
Tastes like like grape fruit, bitter, chocolate, and caramel. Supper bitter mouthfeel and medium to long finish. This really could be any decent DIPA, there is not much character.

Bottle. Aroma tropical fruity, hoppy, green. Flavor also has some earthy tones and maybe a bit of toffee, but largely tropical fruit-hoppy goodness, very juicy, solidly bitter, very drinkable. Nice stuff. mreusch (851) - Olathe, Kansas, USA - SEP 27, 2009
22oz. bomber, red wax, with another thanks to FlssmrBrewAlum for the hookup! Pours a clear dark golden with a moderate white head. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, floral, and light pine and caramel. Flavor is more citrus and grapefruit bitterness with a little floral and some caramel malt sweetness. The trend continues with another solid, very drinkable IPA, thanks again Adam! corby112 (2804) - philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 1, 2012
Bomber courtesy of d0b. Thanks again man!
Pouts a hazy, dark golden orange/copper color with a one finger frothy, off-white head that slowly settles into a lastig ring. Sporadic chunks of soapy lacing left behind.
Sweet, slightly earthy aroma with lots of citrus and tropical fruit hop notes countered by a floral, piney presence and subtle malt backbone. Hints of orange peel, grapefruit and pineapple along with some pine needle, caramel and biscuit.
The mouthfeel is pretty chewy and much fuller than expected with a nice balance of dry, bitter hops and sweet citrus notes. Earthy with some pine needle and bud followed by some pineapple, orange peel and grapefruit. Malt backbone is a little stronger than I prefer with hints of caramel, toffee, nut and biscuit. Decently balanced with a slight creamy texture that enhances the mouthfeel but just a touch too malty for my preference. BeerBunker (965) - Burbank, Illinois, USA - MAY 14, 2009
On tap at Flossmoor. Pours a golden orange color with a white head. Aroma is of hops, citrus, pine, and malt. The aroma is very inviting. Taste is of very bitter, biting hops and citrus. A lot of citrus. Backbone is of caramel malt, with a lot of pine. Finish is all citrus. Lingering hop bitterness long after each sip. Alcohol is present, but not too harsh. This beer is just a citrus bomb. Damn good though. Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - JUN 11, 2009
Bomber courtesy of msante. Pours a slightly hazy copper with a thin white head. Smells of citrus, resin, grapefruit. Tastes resiny and spicy with some sweet caramel hints and a balanced, bitter finish.
