McSherman (663) - Aachen, GERMANY - SEP 9, 2017

From bottle: Reasonable Helles, easy to drink, hard to stand out from the masses, though.

glennmastrange (2897) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - JUN 15, 2017
Bottle. Light to moderate grain, light herbs for the hops, faint earth for the yeast, with sulfur and metal in the background. Head is average size, frothy, white with fair lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is sparkling clear light gold. Flavor starts slightly sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and slightly bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery, with a lively carbonation. For all the great Helles in Bavaria this one is below par.

BlackHaddock (7516) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - MAY 19, 2017
13th May 2017: Hamm Bierbörse. Draught from the breweries stand. Very pale golden, smooth white head: looked good in it’s correct glass in the bright sunshine. One of the sweetest German beers I’ve ever had, really surprised me: taken directly after an Augustiner Edelstoff, so it might have been my taste buds realigning. Anyway I enjoyed it, even if it was a little thin body wise, the nose had a slighly floral aroma which was pleasant.
