I could have sworn that I rated this. Anyhow, it is pale golden with medium head. Aroma is pale malt, slight hopcitrus and honey. The flavor is pale malty, slighty crisp, with finishing hops and some citrus. Not terrible, but not a repeater. jason (1836) - Easton, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 25, 2007
Bottle Poured a pale golden body with decent size head. Aroma is overly buttered popcorn, ripe melon, cucumber. Flavor is of grainy malt with a bitterness kicking in near the end of the sip. Not all of this was bad but it is in need of some serious recipe change. whaleman (2178) - North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 9, 2007
UPDATED: FEB 16, 2007 Lemon yellow body and loose, sudsy white head. Aroma of melon, tropical fruits, light butter, and nutty pale malt. Diacetyl leads in the flavor, along with some light bell pepper tones and an element of sweet corn and medium bitterness in the finish. I would have pegged this as a Dortmunder. Regardless, this is not a memorable beer experience.

Clear golden color with a thick and fizzy white head that dissipates steadily. Spotty lacing around the top of the glass. The aroma is faintly hoppy with a hint of malt. Light-bodied and crisp with a weak floral hops flavor supported by a surprisingly sweet undertone. Malty flavor stays there through the finish, making this one lean toward the sweet side throughout. The finish is rather short as well. Below average. blkitson (158) - Westerville, Ohio, USA - DEC 19, 2006
Poured a golden murky color with a head that wouldn’t stop. No particular after taste, no particular taste at all. Could easily compare it to one of the big three main beers

Bottle. Wow! One of the biggest, foamiest, long lasting heads that I’ve yet to witness! Not too much aroma other than stale hops & light malt. I drank this beer ice cold. Very mild golden lager with a smooth malt taste. I could drink many of these in one sitting. Aftertaste was slight flowery hops. All in all it was kinda sorta pretty okay. Light beany malt aroma, not very sweet or anything. Has a mild dose of hops, but mainly is gassy buttery beany stale smell. Dull amber-gold clear, with no head or retention. Medium-light body with medium carbonation. Starts dull with some malty character. Nothing overpowering, it’s just ’there’. No great hoppiness and a mild bitter finish. After is unremarkable, with a mild astringent bitterness and gassy tangy residues. Bit of cooked corn in there, too. How this ever got verified as a pilsener, I"ll never know. It is a pale lager at best with a bit of extra bitterness. bigrond (1499) - factoryville, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 12, 2006
UPDATED: DEC 19, 2006 this beer is a poor lager -but as a pilsner, well it’s just plain bad. I fear I might have bought a bad case. Some of the bottles were way over carbonated. guzzler67 (1696) - Hanover, Maryland, USA - OCT 26, 2006
Golden yellow appearance with a large, billowy white head. Muted aroma; malty, a bit flowery. Light to medium bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel. Smooth, malty taste; some hops are detectable but not prominent. Thankfully lacks the vegatel, rice/corn adjuncts that often spoil this style. IPFreely (1470) - Sanborn, New York, USA - SEP 20, 2006
Bottle. Light gold in color with a bit of haze and a medium white head. Moderate aroma, cereal grains, light bread, mild hops in the background. MIlder flavor, a touch grainy again with some lighter bitterness on the end. Lighter bodied. Fair.
