COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Den første af en serie samarbejdsbryg med Beer Here. Equilibrium er, udover umuligt at udtale, en belgisk stout på 7,5 procent. Den traditionelle belgiske gær giver øllen en frugtighed og et strejf af krydderier, heriblandt nellike og kanel. Eftersmagen bliver længe i munden og har noter af lakrids og melassesukker.

Tap @ Ørsted Ølbar, Cph. Pours murky black with a small, staying, creamy, beige head. Fine lacings. Aroma has roasted malts, nuts, dark dry chocolate. Med to high carbonation, fine creamy and dry mouthfeel. Flavour has roasted malts, light smoke, some dark chocolate. Lingering quite bitter finish. Very nice.

[email protected] BF 2013. Quite much pitch black colour with a small brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, some buttery, toffeeish and mild grassy notes. Flavour is roasted malts, some toasted notes, earthy notes as well as some chocolate, mild spices and fruity notes. Nice bitterness to the porter as well.

Chopp. Deep dark brown almost black colour with a light brown creamy like ehad, nice. Roasted malt in the aroma along with fruit, caramel and bit spice. Good mouthfeel. Roasted malt dominates the flavour, then caramel, spice, some chocolate, dark fruit, liqourice and a pleasant bitterness.

(Draught at Ölbaren, Copenhagen, 7 July 2012) Black colour with creamy, beige head, Roasted, malty nose with notes of chocolate, dried fruit, liquorice and raisins. Malty, roasted taste with chocolate, liquorice and a soft and rounded creamy coffee character. A certain cocoa bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Very nice!
