Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy tan head. clear aroma of roast and malt, with fruity notes and touches of yeast. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of malt and coffee and touches of yeast. Hints of hops. Estery and roasty aftertaste with coffeelike hints. Dry with fruity hints. Good.

On tap at Fermentoren Aarhus. Pours a murky Dark brown, almost Black. Small off white head. Aroma has roasty malts, Dark chocolate and vanilla, sweet licorice. Pours black color with a large off-white head. Roasted malts and coffee on the nose, licorice, mild hop notes, some chocolate too. Flavor is slightly milky chocolaty, roasted malts, subtle spices, coffee bitterness and some cocoa. Carbonation is medium, bitter, okay.
