COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

(Draught at Örsted Ölbar, Copenhagen, 5 July 2012) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of caramel, dried fruit, orange peel and red berries. Malty, fruity taste with orange peel, dried apricots, a touch of chocolate and lots of citrussy, resinous hops in a fairly bitter finish. More than medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Complex, tasty and very nice IPA.

Miksu (5053) - Jyväskylä, FINLAND - JUL 8, 2012
Draught at Copenhagen Ølfestival 2012. Copper color. Sweet honeyish and tropical fruity aroma with notes of apple. Bittersweet toffeish flavor with lemon and mango. OK IPA, but perhaps a bit green.

2012-05-14, draught at Ørsted, Copenhagen, as It’s Living IPA, 7-5-7-4-14=37
Beautiful color, amber-copper, bright, with creamy head. At first it has a fruity hop aroma, but then a more mundane note of apples appear. Good flavor of caramel with a note of toffee; round mouthfeel, with some residual sugars; strong bitterness, the hops are quite resiny; unfortunately here as well there is a trace of apples.
Good, but with a minor flaw.

2012-05-11, draught at Danske Ølentusiasters Ølfestival 2012, Copenhagen, 6-3-7-4-14=34
Hazy light amber color. Aroma of apples. Good toffee flavor and strong bitterness. The hopping has strong resins.
Pleasant and straight; but the aroma can be improved.

Draught @ [ Olfestival Kobenhavn 2012 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark.

Clear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, grapefruit. Flavour is moderate tol ight light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120510]

Tropical fruit cocktail - pineapple, peach on the nose. A huge blow of bitter and fruity hops that play with sweet malts. The hops linger on tongue for quite a while. Could be a bit more balanced.

humlelala (1375) - DENMARK - JUN 28, 2012
UPDATED: JUN 29, 2012 (on tap @ Lord Nelson) Pours a clear amber with medium white head and lively carbonation. Aroma is biscuit with a hint of herbs. Oily texture, full body with a sweet finish. Taste is immediately full and sweet followed by bitterness. I prefer something a bit more hop forward, floral and lighter bodied.

Ganska söt och speciell doft. En del kola och en liten hint av jordgubb. Smaken är bättre med fin humletouch. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sampled at DØE Beerfestival 2012, TAP1. Pours a clear and dark golden beer with a weak white head. The aroma is malt, fruit and sweetness. The flavor follows the nose with additional alcohol and bitterness. The palate is sweetness and alcoholwarmth. Overall a good beer.
