Draft. Nice name. Clear golden color, small white head, moderate lacing. Aroma of caramel, brown bread. Taste is toast, caramel, white pepper. Papsoe (25062) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 10, 2012
On tap. Pours a clear deep golden with an off-white head. Thick, juicy hoppy nose - not all that distinct though. Medium body, sweet overripe fruit, has a somewhat oxidized edge to it again heavy hops leaving a solid bitterness. Bordering a DIPA in character, but I’d preferred a crisper hop profile. 100512 Leighton (21511) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 2, 2012
Keg at Orsted Olbar and Cafe, Copenhagen. Pours clear, rich orange-gold with a fine, white film head. Tons of overripe citrus on the nose, some old piss, caramel, toast. Big sweet flavor with lots of sugary malts, honey, caramel, mild toast, super ripe melon, orange, grapefruit, citrus rind. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pretty sweet on the finish, with mild dryness, some piney resins, caramel, marmalade, lots of ripe fruits, jammy citrus. Pretty nice IPA. Heavy, but nice. fiulijn (20806) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 7, 2012

Beautiful color, amber-copper, bright, with creamy head. At first it has a fruity hop aroma, but then a more mundane note of apples appear. Good flavor of caramel with a note of toffee; round mouthfeel, with some residual sugars; strong bitterness, the hops are quite resiny; unfortunately here as well there is a trace of apples.
Good, but with a minor flaw.
2012-05-11, draught at Danske Ølentusiasters Ølfestival 2012, Copenhagen, 6-3-7-4-14=34
Hazy light amber color. Aroma of apples. Good toffee flavor and strong bitterness. The hopping has strong resins.
Pleasant and straight; but the aroma can be improved.
Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2012. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Sweet nose. Lots of caramel and peach. Yeasty and phenolic flavor with a rough bitterness. Disappointment.
