UPDATED: DEC 25, 2017 Appears more fruity with mostly raspberry notes than tarty. Overall more sweet than sour but still refreshing

On tap @Ølfred - Aarhus Streetfood Pours pink with pink-ish foam. Quite sour, but creamy, and a nice raspberry note at the end.

A pink beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, yuzy, and raspberries. The flavor is a bit sour with notes of lemons, yuzy, wheat, and raspberries, leading to a tart finish.

Draught at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen. Foamy white head to a misty reddish coloured body. Dotted spots on the glass. Modest smell of berry skins and yeast. Taste of raspberry tartness with minerals and yeast. True to the style. Accepted, not my kind of taste. (13.05.2017).
