Autumngolden/dark orange beer with a mediumsized white creamy head. It is called a saison, but it have a lot i commom with an IPA. Good taste and aroma of malt and wellbalanced hops. Notes of citrus, pine, dried fruit and hay. It have a long taste and the bitterness is very pleasent.

Palme (4811) - Bergen, NORWAY - FEB 21, 2014
On tap @ Bierproeflokaal In De Wildeman. A quite blurry one, golden almost honey golden in the glass and it has a lovely dense big and lasting white head. The nose is almost candy sweet with a sour/acidic undertone. A little bit of farmhouse and sour peaches as well here perhaps? Smells quite delicate and good. Really flavorful and tasty! It’s actually semi dry. Was expecting it to be a bit sweeter based on the nose but it’s actually really bitter this. Green cacti, mouthdrying grape seeds, hay, lots of funky saison yeast and even a good dash of citrus. Quite interesting, drinkable and flavorful. 26.09.2013

On tap at Søernes Ølbar. Hazy golden with a firm and lasting white head. Spicy aroma with tropical fruit and floral notes. Dry malty flavour with herbal notes and citrus and a hint of smoke. Quite bitter

UPDATED: FEB 22, 2014 26.09.2013, tap @ In de Wildeman:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly concentrated hoppy, hop pellets, grass, citrus, leafs, pine needles, citrus peel. Taste is dry hoppy, lots of hops, concentrated citrus peel, cardboard, grass, hay, bark. Longlasting bitterness, very dry mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Draught @ Ørsted Ølbar, shared with Yespr. Clear orange color, small to medium sized off - white head. Aroma and taste have malts, a lot of hops for a saison and not really saison-like imo. Lightly fruity as well. Easy drinkable, very nice. But not a saison as I know them.
