355ml botle from Cotteridge Wines.Amber gold hazy pour with a good sized whitish head which quickly faded.Immediate strong aroma of vegetable garden which thankfully did not last long leading to strong pepper smell. Then other spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and coriander to name a few become apparent along with herbs and a hint of orange.First taste was strange to say the least but then the flavour came through made up of everything the aroma suggested with eldeflower also in evidence.Sweet spicy finish with more citrus also there.Interesting and tasty brew which i imagine will differ in various batches because of make up of ingredients and will also have a lot of differing ratings.Would like to try the BrewDog offering of this. ciaranc (1102) - Dublin, IRELAND - FEB 10, 2013
Murky copper orange, fizzy head that disappears completely extremely quickly. Worst looking beer I’ve seen in years. Sweet phenolic, carbolic, chemical and vegetable aroma. Taste is equally bad, all chemical sweetness and a blast of alcohol. Flat, watery and all round seriously unpleasant. scarletfire65 (1491) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 9, 2013
Bottle at home. Aroma of 7-Up or Sprite. Way over carbonated in the glass, yet almost no head. Tastes kind of like watered down Angostura Bitters. The finish is herbal and artificial, with a weird cinnamon after taste. Tastes like a crappy home brew with malt extract. Just horrible. Epic Fail. I hate this beer. Odd powerful aroma , can’t put my finger on it, brandy like? I do like it. Looks slightly cloudy, no head, taste is again odd, not alot going on for it, rustic aftertaste, cardboard like. Not a great beer in my opinion, dissapointed as i haven’t got anything bad from Flying Dog before, shame.

COpper body, white head, some floating things in glass. Aroma has mint, mixed green spicy leaves, oxidiced beer. Flavour is more vegetable stock than beer. Unstable. evergreen0199 (3460) - Northwood, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 30, 2013
Keg at The Bishops Arms, Copenhagen, Denmark. An amber/dark golden coloured pour with virtually no head to speak of. Sweet, cinammon, spice aroma. Tastes similar, sweet, cinammon, caramel, spice, orange and slightly boozy. Quite interesting and incredibly easy to drink. kimjongill (207) - - JAN 28, 2013
Convoluted aroma. Nominal appearance. Absolutely awful flavor. Not much to say as I hated just about every aspect of this brew. Drain poured the majority of the beer. Tried with a friend that agreed with me. ElDesmadre (3630) - Mikołów, POLAND - JAN 28, 2013
Bottle. Headless beer, so to speak, with lots of floaties (orange pulp?). Lovely aroma - minty, floral, citrusy, emulating US-hops style grapefruit rather well. Interesting spicy cinnamon note, in spite of it not being among the ingredients. The taste is unfortunately a mess. Sweet, thick-ish and alcoholic, not really aromatic, with a dry, herbal and very alcoholic finish. Amateurish and unpleasant. What a failed attempt. jsmerig (1663) - Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 25, 2013
Pours a light amber gold with minimal head. Aroma is cinnamon and clove and other spices. Taste is more of the same. Sweet and syrupy up front with a thick mouthfeel. finish is bitter, but only subtly so. Very interesting. No more than one on a special occasion.
