Draught. Hops in the nose, almost nothing else. Pours an okay-looking amber. Taste is mostly watery cascade hops, sitting on a relatively pleasant palate. Meh.

UPDATED: DEC 6, 2007 A real good ale. Very crisp and refreshing. This one went down in a hurry and the next one was just as good.

Good beer. Just real lite on the typical IPA notes of citrus, piney, bitter. Ill take it anyday over your typical brews(bud, coors etc...)

12 oz. bottle poured in quart Ball jar. Copper red sparkling liquid rests below two-finger, somewhat lasting head. Aroma is peppery citrus-pine hops. Taste is mostly balanced with a slight skew to the mildly bitter, pine hop side. Aftertaste is slightly sweeter; maybe dry caramel. Palate is nice, light to medium-light. Slightly above average style offering, not so hoppy as other APAs, which is good in my opinion. Could be a good session brew.

12 oz bottle via Arctic Liquors Beer of the Month club. Pours a clear dark orange/amber with a small beige head. Nose is subtle with some malts and earthy hops. Taste is actually pretty hoppy, with both citrus and piney/earthy hops. Even some spiciness here, perhaps cardomom although i doubt there is any in the beer, so likely this is a byproduct of the yeast. Light body. Somewhat metallic aftertaste. Dont care for this one much....

Tasty pale ale. Pretty balanced with the occasional hints of bitter or maltyness, gold/copper color. Good all year round. Cover art is different as well

Sweet caramale malt and citrus aroma. Copper in color. Not much bitterness in this beer. Mostly nice caramel malt with a little bit of hoppy dryness on the backend of the sip. There is a small amount of dry coaty mouthfeel due to the hops, but there is not much body to speak of. It is even somewhat wattery. This would serve as a nice session APA.

Pours copper/amber with a small foamy tan head. Light aroma of hops and barley malt, but stlightly metallic. Nice easy going malt and hop flavor. Palate is medium, metallic, and lightly bitter. The metallic aroma and taste throw this otherwise decent brew off a bit, but its still enjoyable and fairly satisfying.
