An orange beer with a small orange head. The aroma is sweet with lots of citrus as well as some hops. The flavor is somewhat weird - but OK - it is malty with notes of malt, straw, grass, and citrus giving it a slight sourness, leading to a dry hoppy end.

Bottled: Golden coloured. Clear. LIght brown head. Flowers, fruit and hops in the aroma. Quite full. Flavour dosnt quite live up to that. Some fruits, the obvious hops and some herbal dryness. Is light bitter in the end. A little bland.

Pours copper witha small white head. Hoppy, floral nose. Medium hoppy taste, easy to drink. A very nice pale ale, to my mind.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Fruity aroma. Rather thin and boring flavour with a touch of citrus. Sweetish finish.

Not a very fascinating beer. Gold brown pour. I taste apricots and citrusy hops. The aroma is more impressive than the flavor in this one.

6/4/05: Bottle.
Floral nose. Hoppy flavor (floral and perfume) with some malty-ness mixed in. Cascade hops (?) Also, slightly citrus-ie.

Bottled. Copperish red, foamy beige head. Sweet caramellish hoppy aroma. Raspberry at first but quickly turns into fruitish hoppy flavour. Hoppy bitter finish. Pleasant one.

Floral nose with a golden color. A little too hoppy at first, but that gives way to a bit of the malty stuff.

Still looking copper ale with minimal head. Fresh and fruity Cascade aroma backed by malt. Very clean and straight ahead complicated by some herbal and spicy tones. Decent body but low carbonation that makes for a less than stellar palate. Well balanced and pleasant finishing bitterness. Not a bad made Pale but lacking in any distinguishing quality.
