Bottle of 33cl, in a degustation glass; from the fridge drinked @HolySmoke. Good APA, but as it seems to be usual with the American IPAs, no real palate. The beer has a nice orange/copper colour with a fuzzy short white head. Aroma and taste of citra hop. As the description said, it's good with BBQ.

Marstonlad (980) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JAN 11, 2018
Bottle from K-Supermarket Kasarmi, Helsinki. Joint tasting with Alberga Brewing's Pale Ale. Pours slightly cloudy, coppery in outlook with a very little head, much contrast to Alberga's Pale Ale that has a huge head. The aroma features citrusy fruitiness with a touch of pine; assertively hoppy with not much maltiness pushing through; Alberga is definitely less hoppy. Taste is medium bitter and richly hoppy with grass and citrus fruits appearing; a slight touch of sweet maltiness fades away quickly. Alberga has a noticeable continental influence with Saaz hops prominent. The palate is medium-bodied and smooth, not much difference between the two here. Classic American IPA. Definitely richer in taste than Alberga's IPA that was not bad either.

Pretty solid pale. Used to drink this a lot in Denver. One of the first of this style. Fairly sweet, but decent citrus bite.

One of the tastiest pale ale out there. As of most of flying dog, their pale ale is good. Flavorful summer beer for me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Rather enjoyed this one. Even out the bottle had a lovely head that stuck around a while. Good aroma, obviously a bunch of citrus there. Rolls round the palate nicely and generally just a good effort. Nice! 7.5/10

Robe blonde, fine mousse. Nez houblonné, fruité, agrumes, lime. Bouche tout en fruit et en fraîcheur, bulle fine, fine amertume et finale fruitée et amère. Une belle pale ale équilibrée
