12 oz bottle into a pint glass. A: Pours a golden copper color. The head is a two finger white shade, with a foamy texture and decent retention. Nice lacing is left behind on the glass. S: Actually, I’m mildly impressed here. There’s a decent (if not explosive) hit of mango and melon on the nose, with some of the crackery malts coming through after it sits in the glass slightly. This is actually a lot better than I remembered. T: Hops hit the palate first, but without any bitterness - just some nice tropical flavors. Toffee-esque malts come through on the finish, maybe slightly too assertively. Slight piny hints right after the swallow, too. It’s exactly what a good pale ale should be: balanced, easy to drink, satisfying, and refreshing. M: There’s a very crisp bite which helps to mitigate some of the thick-feeling maltiness and semi-sweet finish. It’s carbonated enough to help make it drinkable. O: This must have been reformulated somewhere along the way, because I don’t remember this being so good. It won’t blow the mind, but it will make a great everyday go-to beer.

From Optimus Beer. In shaker glass. At roquetas de Mar. In shaker glass. Smooth, a bit sweet with grapefruit and orange citrusy notes and a soft bitterness. 1 month before bbf date.

Great aroma of citrus and pineapple. Color head at all very good. Flavor a little oxidized. Good but not great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle 35,5 cl. pours a clear copper with a medium white head and an aroma of mildly sweet malts, lime, toffee, apple, white grapes, cream and wet cardboard. The taste is mildly sweet with a medium body and a dry and medium lasting hoppy finish

Le falta mucho cuerpo a esta cerveza, la sensación es de estar muy licuada.

Bottle - Clear orange gold in colour. Medium foamy white head. Good lacing. Grapefruit and orange citrus. Grainy malts, caramel. Moderate hop bitterness, piney hops. Good fruit / malt / hop balance. Bittersweet citrus fruity and moderately hoppy throughout. Quite dry. Increasingly bitter and dry into finish. Still an OK APA. Decent. (2017-04)

20170508 HOME; 35.5 cl Bottle; BB 24.10.17. A good clear beer with a light amber colour. A good off-white foam layer. Aroma starts light malty, but a good upcoming fresh citrus hoparoma when you poor the beer in the glass. After a while also some caramel in aroma. Taste starts light malty/caramel/sweet with some fruitiness like apple. Than a citrus-like hop fruitiness which become after some time dry. Later also some sweet sticky. Medium to full body. Good balance.

12oz bottle. Filtered orange-copper body. Respectable enough glass lacing, off-white head. Brewhouse and mild old school NW hop aroma. Drinks pretty full bodied for the moderate ABV. Earthy, kind of odd like a Magic Hat beer...maybe it is just the old UKish hous yeast character. Not that appealing of a beer, quite antiquated for the style. Drinkable, but not that impressive.
