Clear dark amber color with beige head. Aroma has caramel, burnt sugar and some dried dates. Taste starts slightly sweet with caramelized sugar and some generic dried fruits. Finish is balanced out by some earthy bitterness. Light body, medium carbonation. Overall it’s a nice beer, not a classic marzen, and I like that. laminarman (32) - - JAN 6, 2017
Pours from bottle a beautiful copper color with a quickly disappearing head. A sweet malty nose and coffee, toffee, toast, caramel are what I get. A minimal background of hoppiness. A sweet and round palate with a fine finish. The sweetness is not something I am too fond of in a beer, but this is quite enjoyable and I could really pair this with a Polish or German sausage sandwich and feel quite happy indeed. Bottle. Pours deep copper with a thin light beige head that dissipates quickly. Nose of bread crust, caramel, and some spiciness. Bready malt with caramel and spicy bitterness.

From Labirratorium. In Teku glass. Playing Electronic Super Joy. Full of biscuit notes. Not as refreshing as typical german marzens but thicker and very pleasant too. hershiser2 (3587) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - DEC 2, 2016
Bottle from Total Wine, Gainesville. Pours reddish amber with a small head. Flavor is caramel malts, leaves, grasses. Kinda bland but totally drinkable.

Piękny bursztynowy kolor z drobnopęcherzykową pianką. Pachnie słodowo owocowo. Czuć też nuty chlebowe. W smaku piwo słodkie, przypomina landrynke. Smakuje również rodzynkow chlebowo. Piwo bardzo przyjemne i bardzo pijalne. MelvinKalksma (1676) - NETHERLANDS - NOV 21, 2016

Slight/medium aroma of malts, caramel and bread.
Hazy/turbid dark orange/brown beer with a slight/medium
Starts slightly/medium sweet with malts and caramel; ends slightly dry with bread.
This beer is rather intense and balanced, but lacks complexity. Only has malt flavours, which makes it very simple. Not my type of beer at all. At least the appearance is great.
Oranje koper kleur met een goede kraag. Ruikt zoetig, mout, ijzer. Smaakt zoetig, karamel, mout. drjay44 (3796) - Salida, Colorado, USA - OCT 27, 2016
12 oz. bottle. BBD 02.09.17. 5.6% ABV per the label, so a different recipe. Pours a medium, well retained dark ivory body,, over a clear copper (SRM 17) body........nose is toasted malts with biscuit, cracker, bread,j hints of toffee/caramel, no hops, balance to the malts......taste is mildly hints of sweetness to start, with light toffee/caramel tones, moderate toasted malts with Vienna, Munich tones, becoming dry with mild hop bitterness, balance to the malts.......mouth feel , light of medium body, no alcohol, light carbonation. This is slightly sweeter than typical for the style, but has appropriate malt complexity. It is not a favorite style of mine, but is nicely done.
