Draft. Whereas old bay can be good, I was nervous about this in a beer. Actually was better than I expected, but don’t recommend having large amounts... A small sample is enough to enjoy the unique flavor.

Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, spicy, light wheat, moderate yeasty, coriander, salty, oregano (pizza spice), maybe sage. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, spicy, salty, sour. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Taste: Sour, salt water, old bay. Interesting.
Summary: Always nice to try a style being brought back. The old bay was really interesting. Don’t know if I’d have this all the time, but not bad.
on tap at the brewery. Very carbonated and very salty. Salty, somewhat tart, lots of spice from the old bay. It’s light and drinkable but very salty. Draft at Gingerman. Pale yellow pour. Aroma of herbs, straw, Old Bay. High carbonation, light bodied. The flavor is mostly cooked celery and celery salt from the Old Bay.
