A pale orange beer with a disappearing off-white head. The aroma is rather sweet and malty with a touch of alcohol. The flavor is very sweet and malty and again with the alcohol shining thru, leading to a dry bitter and alcoholic end. omhper (25250) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 18, 2005

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Clear, fully golden with a creamy, white head. Malty nose with some alcohol shining through. Solid body with lots of sweetish pilsener malt and a sophisticated - almost perfumy - edge. Discreet, hoppy finish. Very clean and true to style Maibock. 150506 Oakes (17831) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 6, 2007
Clear, copper colour. Clean, slightly tosaty maltiness. Full body. Breadcrusty malts, light alcohol signature. Balanced, clean, a little bit refreshing. Seems to hit all the notes right down the middle. Ratman197 (14964) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - JUN 11, 2006

yellow with creamy head, that leaves some lace on the rapid summer drink down. Smooth, light but not watery mouthfeel. An understated slightly aggressive bitterness, shy of acidic. shrubber85 (11452) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - SEP 4, 2006
Bottle. Sour malt aroma - very lager-like. Clear orange-yellow color with small head. Sour malt primarily with moderate hops and astringency. Like a mixture of a bad pale lager and a mediocre bock.
