Bottle - Clear golden colour, medium, steady white head. Decent citrussy and resinous hoppy nose and grainy malty aroma. Taste of grapefruit, lemon zest, spruce, and some peach. Medium body and carbonation, decent hop bitterness in the end. Very delicious. altonbrownd (5898) - Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA - AUG 28, 2015

[10/7/13] Draught at Delirium Hoppy Loft in Brussels. Clear deep golden. Aroma of piney hops, a bit stale. Flavor has some sweetish malt, a bit caramelly, and some stale piney hops with pretty light bitterness. Too sweet, not bitter enough and not fresh enough. Still OK. kraddel (7859) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - OCT 13, 2013

slightly hazy light amber colour, moderate off-white head; aroma of pine resin, some citrussy notes and hints of honey; taste is fully dominated by hoppy bitterness and resin; not bad, but a bit one dimensional (similarly to the most of the single-hop IPAs) Butters (4059) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - JUN 22, 2013
Sampled side by side with the citra variety. Both had an identical dull golden pour with ring of near white head. Sweeter and more mellowed than the citra. More caramel/honey old hop sweetness also shows up. Centennial seems to be just the standard go-to hop of the west. I think I can now pick it out of a lineup. Still, pretty good DIPA in its own right.
