This ranks alongside Pearl Necklace as my favorite brewed by Flying Dog. It’s medium bodied and full of flavor without coming off as too alcohol heavy. It strikes a nice balance of yeast suds, citrusy hops, and fresh floral aromas. The taste is herbs mixed with wheat chaff. I bought it at about $1.50 for a 12 ounce bottle, which given the high quality, was a pretty good deal. mile (4052) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUL 25, 2012
Bottle. Golden, hazy, average and fully diminishing head. Moderate, malty – some wheat and lightly sweetish aroma, light caramel, floral fruitiness, light spiciness (pepper, coriander), some grapefruit - citrus hoppyness, some yeast. Body is medium, malty – some wheat and lightly sweetish flavor, light caramel and light floral fruitiness, light spiciness and some citrus hoppyness, some yeast. Finish is average, malty – some wheat and dryish with faint sourness, faint fruitiness with light spiciness, citrus hoppyness and light yeast. Nice IPA-saison, not too much caramel/spiciness. odinstyr (806) - Hamilton, New Jersey, USA - JUL 24, 2012

Hazy golden beer with a large white head. A lot of Belgian yeast and spices in both aroma and taste. A light orange touch as well and a good bitterness in the ending.

The aroma is citrus, flowers, fruit, pepper. The appearance is slightly hazy yellow, fluffy white had. The flavor is fruit, citrus, pepper. The finish is pepper, spice, flowers. Medium in body. Nicely done. Boliv (1150) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 23, 2012
Bottle. Pours gold and orange with ribbons of dark orange sediment spiraling around, with a 3-finger fluffy meringue-like beige head. Aromas of sweet wheat and Belgian yeast; some musty, dusty notes, along with bread mold, are evident, as well as mild citrus peel. The flavor is mild bitter grass and wheat at first, with Belgian yeast. This trends to bitter grapefruit rind and grassy hops. Light citrus and spices are present throughout. Medium to high carbonation and body, quite drinkable, with a dry finish. Tasty. jjuf1853 (1302) - Land O Lakes, Florida, USA - JUL 22, 2012
