Bottle to snifter. Looks decent; a translucent orange with TONS of head. Smells like a decent saison. Tastes a little bitter for a saison, but not bad. Average mouthfeel. Decent.

A real good floral and citrus aroma, beautiful golden color with an abundance of frothy head. A very light sweetness and medium bitterness. Light bodied, very fizzy with a clean finish. Overall a great summer time beer thats crisp, clean and refreshing!

On tap at Beer Revolution. Pours golden with an attractive beige head and a fruity aroma. There is a yeast-laden pale malt flavor that is fruity and slightly bitter. Nice hopping.

Bottle from Maruhn, Darmstadt
Hazy golden color. The aroma is spicy, sharp, with hints of lemon peel, bitter orange, talc, light phenol. Dry but smooth mouthfeel; the flavor is sharp and spicy, very spicy, with some malt and wheat; the bitterness level is quite high, and there is enough fruity edge with bitter orange character. Strong and long final.
Interesting but rough.

Draft. Hazy, golden, white wispy head. Piney, spicy, and minty. Bitter, yeasty, lemon, and a maltiness.

Bottle. Gold body with a frothy, off-white head, Slowly diminishing. Aroma of spice, flowers, perfume, toasted grain. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter, a bitterness than dominates the finish. Medium body, watery texture, moderate carbonation. Lots of flowers and perfume in the taste. There’s also some fruitiness and citrus, especially orange and peach. A bit of tartness and funk. Reminds me of Victory Helios without the brett.

zacgillbanks (5180) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - JUN 16, 2012
Bottle from Rehills in Jesmond. Hazy pale golden with strong lemon and bubblegum flavours, vanilla, mint? and slight sourness on the finish. Very unusual and very good.

GnarlyGnome (770) - Fairfield, Ohio, USA - JUN 16, 2012
Pale, light golden with a white head. It’s musty, and citrusy in the aroma which plays together well in the flavor. It’s nice... Definitely refreshing.

matthewjk (1101) - San Diego, California, USA - JUN 16, 2012
poured from standard 12oz bottle - Not completely "wild" about this variation. Musty, leather aroma; light gold; flavors of banana, clove, with a spicy, assertive, astringent hop kick. There is some barnyard in there too. Not altogether an agreeable experience.

b33r (875) - Ohio, USA - JUN 15, 2012
Translucent pale gold color with gigantic fluffy white head that lasts forever- reminds me of Duvel. Strong bretty aroma. Flavor is grassy with fruity hop flavor and malty finish. Not sure if IPA or Saison, either way it tastes amazing
