Poured from a 12oz bottle into a pilsner glass. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaay toooooooooooooo muuuuuuuch foamy head! Out of control! Took a few minutes to dissipate so I could even finish pouring the rest of the bottle in! Points off for not allowing me to drink my beer right away! Murky, pond-water like clarity; kinda ech. Aroma is very Belgiany funky, dead on for a strong saison. Reminds me of funky cheese. Mouthfeel is pretty light and very drinkable. Taste is quite powerful. Lots of lemon, horseblanket funk, hops, some pepper and bubblegum. I really like this one. Alcohol is completely hidden. Not for the faint of heart.

Pint at Tylers Apex. Sweet, citrusy, lemon and grapefruit. Yeast, coriander. Clean golden orange color, Bittersweet flavor. Medium body, creamy smooth mouthfeel, bitterdry finish. Ok aroma strong, but not pleasant, fairly bitter, guess I don’t like yeast hop mix.

Pours cloudy yellow with frothy white head. Aroma is funky yeast, citrus hops. Taste is funky, citrusy and refreshing. Hop bitterness lingers on the palate. I will be picking up multiple six packs of this.

Bottle, bought in The Berlin Beer Shop, a firm frothy head, flavorful and very pale IPA, with a gentle citrusy aftertaste. Like!

Bottle: pours hazy golden, big, frothy off white head. Stays fluffy throughout. Nose is lemon, coriander, yeast, bread malts, rye, graham cracker, funk. On the palate, floral, citrus hops, sour yeast, bread malts. Faint tartness and dry, fluffy, lighter mouthfeel with a longer finish. Pretty solid. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(Bottle) Pours golden with an off-white head. The aroma holds white pepper, light phenols, fresh white bread, spicy rye, crackers, touch of funk, tangerines, lemon, lime, gooseberries, rhubarb, mild grass, flowers and a whisper of tart tropical fruits. The flavor Is dry, light to medium bitter and light acidic with citrus, spices, crackers, green leafs, touch of phenols and fruits. The mouthfeel is tart and slim with a light to medium carbonation. Citric, light floral and tiny cracker-like finish. Light to medium.

UPDATED: JUN 9, 2012 330 ml bottle bought @ The Bottle Shop Canterbury. Pours hazy golden with a big frothy and bubbly white head that is rather quick to dissipate while leaving some trace on the glass. Smell is sweet, hoppy, yeasty and funky with plums, sweet white bread, cloves, green grapes, dry soil, alcohol, lemon zest, grapefruit juice, yeast, perfumelike dried flowers, hay, coriander, rhubarb, cinnamon, alcohol, rubber and hints of sunny dry barnyard. Taste is sweet and spicy with plums, grapes, lemon zest, cloves, coriander, cinnamon, freshly cut grass, cookie dough, pine, orange peal, crackers, white pepper, dried apricots, dried mango, dried papaya, yeasty esters, dry soil, rubber and hints of alcohol. Mouthfeel is round, slightly dry and medium bodied. Finish is sweet, bitter and funky with cloves, white pepper, crackers, hay, plums and grapes. Nice but the alcohol smell and taste doesn’t add much at all.

Draught at Country Boy. Big yeasty IPA. Almost wheat meats IPA. Bitterness prevails at end but so does odd lingering taste.

Saison/ipa hyrid. Pours a pale yellow with small white head. Yeasty nose and front with Hoppy finish. Light body, citrus and a little pepper. Its neither one thing nor the other but easy to drink.
