Tap @ "In De Wildeman" Pour hazy yellow, with a small white and slightly creamy head. Aroma has plenty of apricot, tropical fruits, pine, slight grass and a little bit of honey. Taste is pretty bitter up front, with some slight sour notes. Medium bodied, with a rather fizzy carb.

Poured a straw color with a off white head, aroma funky hops, I thought I had a bad bottle at 1st than the more I drank it I kind of like this. this was a refreshing beer to drink

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy pale golden colour with a huge white head. Nice carbonation streaming off the bottom of the glass and lasting foam. Aroma is exactly what you’d expect from the label description: peach and mango hoppiness perfectly mixed with a flowery peppery spiciness from the yeast. The taste is completely sublime: fruity notes give a mellow sweetness, which is cut through by the spicy peppery flowery yeast. Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation. It’s fruity and ethereal, incredibly well done.

not a bad beer though im not a huge IPA fan. nicely balanced and not overtly hoppy. i guess because its a saison?

Nephilium (1821) - Cleveland, Ohio, USA - JUN 2, 2012
The aroma is very complex, with Citra hop notes, as well as earthy notes and spicy notes from the yeast. Pours a hazy straw-yellow, with a giant white head. I’m not sure I would class this as a Saison, as the label calls it a Farmhouse IPA. There are a lot of similarities between this and the Raging Bitch. This beer is light in body, with a nice interweaving of the Citra hops with the earthy notes of the yeast. This is a really good beer, and if you like Belgian style IPA’s, I would highly recommend it.

Bottle: Gold pour with a large and lively foamy head. aroma is earthy, yeasty, peppery, floral and citrus fruitiness. Flavour is earth and spice. hints of coriander, fennel, black and white pepper. grapefruity tart citrus. dry finish.

(bottle). Pours a hazy yellow orange with thick foamy head. Aroma of spice and hops. The flavor is a unique blend of Saison and IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma of peppery fruits and flavor boasts that leathery saison yeast with the citrus on the back end. A bit too unbalanced for me as the citra hops seem to climb through and their grapefruit tone seems to clash with the rather sour envelope generated by the yeast. Like licking a grapefruit flavored envelope. Body is nice with dry character and carbonation gives it a zest.

12 oz bottle. Pours a bright slightly hazy orange with a big rocky white head. Aroma is yeasty, very spicy, with a fair amount of citrus. Herbal with some floral character. Flavor has a strong spice to it, very herbal, citric with some grassy notes, and a bit of a cereal note. in the slightly grainy and bitter finish. Medium body and a sharp carbonation.

MoritzF (10095) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - MAY 31, 2012
(bottle, 35.5cl) Slightly hazy, golden colour with a big and slightly off-white foamy head. Smells quite Belgian: mildly sweet (cara-)malty and sourish wheaty aroma with spicy yeasty notes and a touch of ripe fruits. Moderately bitter flavour with a tinge of sourness far in the background, medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Mildly grainy cara-malty taste with spicy yeasts and fruity notes of apples and citrus; dry-ish bitter-sweet yeasty and hop-spicy finish with fruity spots. More a Saison than an IPA, finally I´d prefer their Raging Bitch. 19.V.12
