355ml bottle. Semi-cloudy golden colour with small allusively lacing white head. Intense yeast aroma on a fruity, citrussy background. Dry, bitter, prickling, yeasty taste with a touch of orange. pineypower (3346) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - APR 29, 2012
Bottle from Spirits Lacey. Pours a hazy off-orange color with a well carbonated small white head. Aroma is of very fruity, and slightly funky Belgian yeast, tangering and orange rind. Taste is fruity yeast, tart and bitter citrus fruits that linger with a slight lingering funky yeast note. Nice brew. jtclockwork (17456) - , New Jersey, USA - APR 28, 2012
Bottle. Pours semi-cloudy yellow with a white head. Nose/taste of Citra, saison yeast, orange peel, dry grains and citrus. Dry grainy orange peel finish. Medium body. jerohen (2359) - Bussum, NETHERLANDS - APR 28, 2012
UPDATED: NOV 16, 2012 Bottled from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Dark golden colored, medium lasting white head. Amazing hoppy nose, fresh hops, grain, i would almost say: horseblanket. Bitter flavor, somewhat dry, grain again, little bit of sweetness, more sour towards the end. Lasting very dry finish with a hint of sourness. I?m not sure if i would classify this as a saison, it seems more like an IPA with saison features. Nevertheless, this is a very nice brew.

12oz bottle pours very hazy gold with a frothy white head. Aromas of straw yeast some hop and a bit of pine. Flavor is bitter and peppery with some sweet yeast flavors. Body is medium light and finishes dry. keepersj12 (3137) - Sicklerville, New Jersey, USA - APR 25, 2012
Wildeman has more of a funky Belgian Farmhouse flavor profile, with ample Belgian yeast notes and a pronounced sourness to it with milder hops to round it out. It’s kind of like a light Belgian Sour Ale blended with an IPA, so if you’re a fan of both styles then this beer would be something worth tasting. Clear golden amber pour with good white head. Clean lemony aroma, but not fake or overly ’citrusy’. Flavor has a distinct saisony yeasty quality. Some pepper, big clean grapefruity hop bitter finish. A little oily on the tongue. Honestly, it reminds me of raging bitch with a different yeast twist. The raging bitch was a little better, but this is still a pretty tasty brew. deanso (10125) - Chiang Mai, THAILAND - APR 24, 2012
On tap at the beer temple.
