Nice IPA, pineapple everywhere and a nice bitter finish. Great ipa for the 25th anniversary. Also had it there.

Semihazy golden body, white head. Aroma of fruits, resiny hops, some caramelly malt and spicy yeast. Flavour is resiny but very malty. Not overhopped IPA, but hoppy saison. Very sweet finish.

Creamy finish, almost buttery. This isn’t usually a good thing, but in this farmhouse ale, absolutely impressive. This is easily the best beer I’ve had from Flying Dog brewery.

Bottle from Armando629, many many thanks! Poured with an orange color and an off-white head that stays. Pine, citrus, straw, honey, grape, green apple in the nose. Fruity, sweet taste that moves into a strong bitterness. Medium dense with high carbonation. Sweet, dry, bitter finish. Excellent brew!

From a bottle purchased at De Bierkoning. Cork was a little stiff, but eventually freed itself from the bottle. Cloudy dark honey pour, with a orange hue coming through. Giant, creamy white head that is slow to die down. Ample lacing left behind. Huge aroma of hops and yeast. Malt and citrus. A bit of honey and flowers. Citrus hop flavor with a big yeast presence and a sweet honey backbone. Peppery, spicy, and sweet. A carbonic aftertaste with malt and honey. A dry finish of yeast and malt. Nice.

UPDATED: SEP 25, 2011 What a surprise, tasted on tap, De Wildeman, Amsterdam...
Hazy golden one with a fine creamy head. Intensive aroma of sourish yeast, coriander, citrusses. Easy body with a good, smooth mouthfeel, spicies like coriander, herbal hops. Mixation of a saison, an ipa and a real ale. Very drinkable, rich in tastes. Fine!
