33cl bottle at home. Pale orange with a medium white head. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Sweet with some nice herbal bitter tones. Yeast, wheat, fruits, citrus and herbs. A decent weizen! conway (2210) - - AUG 27, 2014
Bottle. Clear light gold with very little head. Aroma is wheat and banana. Taste follows pretty closely but there's a strange rubbery aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel and carb. Competent for the style but that aftertaste kind of ruins it. Travlr (25749) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 22, 2014
Bottle at Harry’s IAD. Cloudy orange yellow color, small white head. Aroma of orange peel. Taste is dilute orange juice with a bit of bubblegum at the finish. jamestulloch (4261) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - AUG 21, 2014
Bottle from Appellation Wines. Hazy yellow body with a thick white head that quickly fades. Nice lacing. Aroma of straw, grass and lemon. Flavour of lemon and custard sweets and green banana. Thin body with a watery texture. Lively fizz. A bit bland and thin for a Hefeweizen. azzie (822) - Pula, CROATIA - AUG 19, 2014

This taste almost exactly like Odell's Easy Street Wheat. My only complaint is the addition of citrus peel. If you add citrus peel you can no longer call it a hefe, it is now a witbier.

12 ounce bottle into weizen glass, best before 7/25/2014. Pours hazy deep gold color with a small foamy off white head with poor retention, that reduces to nothing. No glass lacing, and a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, orange, banana, pear, apple, clove, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and pale malt sweetness; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, orange, banana, pear, apple, clove, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light bready tartness and yeast spice on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, banana, pear, apple, clove, wheat, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Nice complexity and solid robustness of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and pale malt sweetness; with a good yeast/malt balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth, fairly crisp, and slightly watery/bready mouthfeel that is ok. Alcohol is well hidden with no warming present after the finish as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is a pretty solid hefeweizen. Good balance and solid robustness of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and pale malt sweetness; and very smooth to drink. It was fairly enjoyable. Hazy and golden from bottle. A bit watery and light but still drinkable. Dry finish.
