3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Got this as part of a beer of the month club whose selection is usually heavily skewed to Pale ales and IPAs, so this was a nice change of pace. Not a brilliant tripel but have some fond memories of it. Serving: Bottle
Pours a hazy medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty, hoppy, yeasty. Flavor is moderately sweet, highly alcoholic, citrus. tysongillmore (362) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - NOV 21, 2015
I didn't take any extra notes when I tried this beer for the first time but I'm gonna try it again and update my comments.

Sparsely foaming triple with fresh aromas of peach and apricot. Lovely sweetness filling flavors of apricot, slightly pear or apple chipping in with a comfortable acidity on a light malty background. A lot of warming alcohol and slightly hoppy bitterness. It is a very good tasting triple, but maybe the alcohol a little more pervasive than many of the lovely Belgian triples. For food, I consider it to be a little too aggressive in its expression, perhaps it may just go to something strong cheese. pras (602) - Maryland, USA - APR 2, 2015
Tap at the brewery, the first part of their TBT series. Poured straw yellow, not much nose. I am typically not a fan of Trippels, because I find them to be too sweet. This was not overly sweet, but the sweetness was in balance with the belgian yeast flavors, and then there was a nice bitterness to round it out. This beer was in perfect balance. Crisp and refreshing, with the alcohol well hidden. BeerdedDave (1875) - Beckley, USA - OCT 13, 2014
orange-yellow color; spicy, fruity aroma; a good, fruity, spicy tripel; perhaps a bit fruitier than a traditional tripel; strong (8.7%), yet easy drinking and smooth

"pours like a cloudy ipa with thin bubbly head. a thick, slightly sticky, highly carbonated body. it has a fairly standard triple aroma and taste...spices and some light sweet fruity notes, yeast. nothing to seperate it from the field, but nothing unpleasant either. warming alcoholic finish...tastes like more than 8.5%."

33cl Bottle from my beer cellar vintage 2009.
Clear golden pour. Thin white head. Fruity triple. Pretty nice. umich03jm (3512) - Flat Rock, Michigan, USA - APR 22, 2014
Bottle. I actually found a 2008 bottle of this on the shelf last week. Should be interesting. Pours a very cloudy orange color with a small head that sits nicely and collects to a ring eventually. Aroma is a bit funky but still pretty nice. Apricots, sweet Belgian candi sugar, flowers, wet cardboard, and honey. Taste has definitely faded but not terrible. Noticeable oxidation takes away from the decent tropical fruit, flowers and honey flavor. Finishes dry and spicy with some lingering honey. This was way better than I expected it to be. I expected it to be undrinkable at this point. Beerhunter111 (22513) - P´Castle, GERMANY - MAR 6, 2014
