Bottle from Best Damn Beer Shop: Created almost no formation of head except for a small O-shaped ring while a blacked out liquid rested below. Aroma is bold with a java mocha coffee smell but there is a decent olfaction of chocolate and dark black malts. The flavor is rich and robust with a slight taste of roast coffee but I’m not sure I’m convinced that this is regular instead of decaf. Thomasalias (320) - Budapest, HUNGARY - MAR 19, 2012
0,355l bottle from Csakajósör, Budapest. Black opaque color with minimal brown head. Harsh coffee odor, a bit burnt. Bitter, pure coffee aroma with a smoky, caramel, treacly flavour. After the huge bitterness some sweetness also appears. Dry, coffee-bitter taste. Medium body with oily texture and soft carbonation. Epic bitter-sour coffee finish. Drinking it is like drinking real coffee without sugar or milk. Strong, harsh, intensive... WILD! joeneugs (6371) - Livermore, California, USA - MAR 19, 2012
Pours black with a fizzy brown head. The aroma is fudge, coffee and tar. Mildly astringent with some alcohol esters. The flavor is dark chocolate and lots of spent coffee grounds. Roast and tar in the finish with some mild fruitiness and black licorice. Very creamy and full mouthfeel. Palate coating with mild notes of buttered toffee. Not bad, especially for the price. Pours dark black coffee unclear with a decent creamy tan head...on nitro at Station Taproom. Aroma of light sweet roasted coffee and cream. The flavor of roasted sweet coffee comes in so nicely with chocolate notes on a delicious creamy body. rlgk (18852) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - MAR 18, 2012

Bottle. Pours jet black with quick fading tan head. Nose is dark malt, coffee, cacao, hops, jalapeno oil. Tastes choc malty, with a lot of hops, jalapeno peppery flavors, and bitter hops and coffee. This one didn’t work for me. sonnycheeba (6259) - Federal Hill, Baltimore, Maryland, USA - MAR 16, 2012
Cask. Pours deep, dark brown with thick, frothy tan head; good retention and spare lacing. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, roasted malt, earthy hops, faint dark fruit, and light vanilla. Flavor is malt dominate with light hops and fruit esters; heavy coffee taste throughout with a dry, coffee finish. Full body with medium carbonation and warmth. Pours pitchblack, with a dark brown head.
The aroma is full of roasted coffe and espresso, chocolate, malt, ashes.
Semi-sweet, full bodied, medium bitterness, creamy CO2.
Roasted taste, loads of coffee beans, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, malt. Was hoping for something a little bit more complex, thins out a bit in the finish.

Draught @ Headkeeper: this one pours a very dark brown, but still has a clearness to it. There is a very small light brown head that lingers awhile but leaves little lacing. The aroma is definitely coffee, but not like a cup of coffee. It smells more like a coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa) with a bit of sweetness. Also has some chocolate notes. The taste is very good. Chocolate, roastiness, coffee and a mild sweetness. stefannilssons (1580) - SWEDEN - MAR 14, 2012
Kaffe, kaffe, kaffe men annars var det en god öl men med väldigt mycket kaffe i smaken. Slutsats: kaffe.
