Backlog rating. Keg at the Rake, London. It pours a pale straw color with a small white head. Aroma is cider-like with apples, grains and citrus. Taste is mildly bitter and medium sweet, with notes of grains, stewed apples, green apples and hay. Finishes lightly acidic and dry. Light bodied with good carbonation. Overall, quite nice\ obguthr (6659) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - NOV 12, 2014

On tap @ SL Liquors. Pours a slightly murky deep amber color with a two finger fluffy off white head. Smells of apples, cinnamon, spices, and fruity malts.Tastes of fruity malts, apple cider, spices, bread, nutmeg. Taste has a tiny bit less apple than the nose had and is a little less sweetness. Light to medium body and moderate carbonation. Marheb (6193) - San Diego, California, USA - MAY 20, 2014
Un jus de poire empreint de rusticité qui peine à se débarrasser de ses sucres malgré sa légère acidité. DrSilverworm (9672) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAR 22, 2014
~1oz sample on tap at Lock 27. Clear golden, slightly orange color. Thin off-white head. ABV labeled 8$. Pints go for $5.50. Musty apple aroma in the nose, light spice. Nice light funk to it... Moderate sweet taste, lightly spicy, light bitter. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, crisp, lighter carbonation, and more dry finish. Surprisingly decent apple ale. Hides bigger ABV well, and has a nice bigger flavor that isn’t too cloying sweet or slick.. Nice dryness. Good stronger apple ale.

Tap at North Bar, Leeds. Clear amber colour. Bubbly, thin, white head. Yeasty, appley, tart. I like yeasty beer. I like fresh, acidic cider. I’m not so sure about the two together, though. Maybe if there was half the ABV of this, it would have been more drinkable? RichTheVillan (8248) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - FEB 3, 2014
Keg at The Sheffield Tap; light copper pour with frothy beige head, fruity apple aroma, taste is yeasty with a bit of spice, some citrus ok. Rob_D_UK (1366) - Madrid, SPAIN - FEB 2, 2014
Had this on tap, pretty strong for a fruit beer! Pours a gold similar to apple juice. Aroma is quite appley but there is a bit of spice too. b3shine (9145) - Indiana, USA - JAN 16, 2014
Draft to taster. Looks solid; a transparent apple juice blonde with white head. Smells solid too; yeasty with notes of apples and light spices. Tastes like it smells, only less robust and balanced. Average on the palate. Alright, but smells better than it tastes. metalhead0043 (342) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - JAN 14, 2014
On tap at Triangle Wine Co. Pours a clear gold with a very small white head that dissipates pretty quickly. Aroma is mostly apples, but has a little spice, citrus and a very slight malt backing as well. Taste lies mostly within the realm of sweet apples and candied sugar. Body is average, texture is slick and slightly creamy. Slick mouthfeel, heavy carbonation. Overall this is a pretty decent beer. I’m not a huge cider or fruit beer fan but this one is pretty easy to drink and the taste isn’t offensive. Worth a shot.
