Davhgbrew (948) - Seattle, Washington, USA - FEB 18, 2013
Slightly thin bodied for a stout, but very well balanced throughout and nicely done. Aroma of cream and chocolate. Slight tingly carbonation on the tongue. I feel like I can taste a little oyster resemblance in the finish, but maybe its in my head. In any event, this is a terrific brew that I am currently rating straight out of the fridge. Ill def. have to get more of these and explore its flavors as it warms up. Would make a great session beer with the 5.5 abv.

355ml bottle - thanks martjoobolut!
Oi! Oyster stout was not brewed with oysters, you ignorant fucks. Black large spongy beige head. Woody aroma, seems oxidised, Dry taste too, woody, a bit raisiny. Finish has a pleasant sweetness/dryness knife-edge, keeps me pondering. Keeps me sipping. OK, papery dryness wins.
