Draft at the Dutch gratis via some crafty yard sailing by myself. Nose of whole fresh hops. thick immense head that would easily support the Heller as in the classic Beer Hunter series of MJs when he visited Czechoslovakia back in the day. Seems like a normal beer until your food arrives.. then I reached for my mug and things went a bit wiggly. Maybe it was the fact I was out in the heat working. but this seemingly quiet and unpretentious brew reached up from the table an smacked me in the head. This, is not all bad as I had to contend with a boisterous asshole sitting at the bar (not me) who nearly had his head bounced off the bar a few times. A wholly enjoyable beer.

12oz bottle 8/3/11 (Binnys Downers Grove Singles Rack)-48 in Shaker-Pours an orangish amber with a one finger white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, and grapefruit. Taste of the same with more hops and some malt coming through. This medium bodied brew is well balanced and goes down quite easy. Nice job.
